PhillyCAM is a member-driven organization that brings diverse people together to create and share media that advances democratic values and civic participation.”

The mission of the PhillyCAM is to provide Philadelphia residents and organizations with the opportunity to communicate with each other through the creation and distribution of non-commercial media. PhillyCAM provides residents and community organizations access to media-making tools, training and opportunities for interaction between diverse communities.

We offer ongoing video production and editing workshops. (Intro to Digital Video Production, Intro to Final Cut Pro, TV studio production). Our education programs offer training in video and television production for all ages. We often have opportunities for media production instructors

to teach workshops. We have an internship program for college and high school students. We need volunteers of all ages to assist in our events and television productions. We also offer many networking opportunities for those interested in making connections around media production.
